His first encounter with dance was in 2005 in his hometown of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Starting with hip-hop, Tom explored many styles and found his passion in locking.

In 2015, he moved to Berlin, not only to study but also to become a member of the Crew Team Recycled. Alongside his crew, he won national and international titles and was involved in numerous projects and shows in various countries.

Since 2016, he has been teaching locking to dance enthusiasts in every major dance school in Berlin and has been teaching almost weekly since 2018.
